Today friday 23/3-2012 for 10 minutes between aprox 13:00 to 13:10 our webserver had to be rebooted and websites and mail where unreachable during aprox 10 minutes. Some new installed software made the evening before, apparently called for a reboot to work (not informed in the documentations). Also the server have been up and online for a very loong time (468 days) so it begged for a reboot anyway 🙂
So this was not a planned/scheduled reboot (thoose are informed in advance, and during night and weekends), but a necessarey one. Contact us for more info or if you have any questions.
